Phil Engfer took over as COO of Envirocann in 2019. He is a serial entrepreneur who is
passionate about building sustainable and regenerative businesses in all sectors of
consumer goods. During his more than 15 years of professional experience in the
commercial cannabis industry, Phil has worked with many high-level cannabis
operations internally and as a consultant developing and managing vertically integrated
licenses at about every point in the supply chain. He has acquired deep knowledge of
organic farming and cannabis cultivation methods, post-harvest processing and supply
chain management. Phil thrives on being a positive change-agent for accelerating
business growth and contributes to the sustainable agriculture field as managing partner
and co-founder of SameTeam Consulting. He enjoys professional pursuits that work
with natural resources and provide solutions to real-world problems, and brings ample
resources in the commercial cannabis and agriculture industries. As founder of Biologic
Systems, Biologic Innovations, and Strong Agronomy, and sitting on the Board of
Directors for WAMM Phytotherapies, one of the nation’s oldest operating collectives,
Phil is an avid supporter of compassionate, affordable and safe access to cannabis.
Expanding into new sectors of consumer goods, Phil is also COO for 1212 Gateway
LLC and TBL Cosmetics.
