Kalle Snyder has a vast knowledge of building cannabis businesses from the ground up, putting his understanding of best practices and high ethical standards to the test. Kalle joined as Partner at Envirocann working with the management team to bring the vision of certified clean brands nationwide. With his background in managing high profile dispensaries, Kalle’s focus is on Operations, ensuring there is structure established to sustain growth. From 2012-2017, as General Manager, founding member and Board Member of Elemental Wellness Center, Kalle helped the organization scale to $18 million a year. Within the company, Kalle assisted in supply chain management, operations, local compliance with OSHA and MAUCRSA and product development. With his corporate board experience and extensive cannabis knowledge, Kalle has spent the last three years advising new cannabis and hemp businesses in all sectors on regulations, business development and scalable operations. One of Kalle’s biggest passions is bringing sustainability to brands. He works to help significantly reduce waste in the cannabis/hemp sector and implement an eco-conscious focus to create sustainable practices within the industry. As CEO and partner of SameTeam Consulting, Kalle continues to consult cannabis corporations in the areas of compliance, business development, sustainability and operations infrastructure. Kalle is a Partner at Tree Hugger Containers, a truly sustainable & compliant packaging company providing recycled glass and 100% reclaimed ocean plastic options for the cannabis and hemp industries.
