Woman Entrepreneur in Agriculture and Food Safety and Compliance Oracle, Jennifer Peracchi Harmon has a well developed understanding of the produce and cannabis industries with experience in auditing, government and customer compliance, organic cultivation practices, organic program development, food safety laws and regulations, marketing, logistics, packaging, production and supply chain management.

Peracchi Harmon’s deep seeded love for produce and cannabis growers and packers lead her to develop Oracle Consulting Group, Inc. providing resources to her clients. Most recently, Peracchi Harmon has been working in the produce and cannabis industries as a food safety auditor and consultant, advising domestic and international companies regarding food safety and organic compliance and program development, training, auditing, third party audit readiness and customer and government compliance.

Like many residence of California, “My job depends on Ag” is a statement well suited for Peracchi Harmon. Fresno, California native, Jennifer Peracchi Harmon enjoyed an upbringing influenced by agriculture and aspired at a young age to work in the agriculture industry. With deep roots in production agriculture, Peracchi Harmon’s maternal and paternal ancestors all were involved in farming in some capacity. Peracchi Harmon graduated from California Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science with a Packaging Minor and Master of Science degree in Industrial and Technical Studies with a Marketing Concentration.

Peracchi Harmon has continued her professional growth by completing ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification, HACCP certification and Food Safety Modernization Act, Preventive Controls Qualified Individual, Foreign Supplier Verification Program and Produce Safety Rule certification and is pleased to join Envirocann as Certification Director.
