Recurring Payments:
Client agrees to recurring billing of amount listed in form total per [month/quarter/year] starting on date of application submission. SameTeam/Envirocann may charge the authorized payment method until written notice of cancellation is provided by client.

Billing Authorization:
Client authorizes SameTeam/Envirocann to securely store and process payment through a third-party provider. Client may update payment information at any time.

Cancellations & Refunds:
Either party may terminate the agreement with [30] days written notice. Payments already made are non-refundable.

Late Payments:
Late payments may incur a [$25] fee and/or interest at [1.5%] every 10 days. Certification may be suspended if payment is more than [30] days past due.

Disputes:
Client agrees to first attempt to resolve any billing dispute directly with SameTeam/Envirocann before initiating a charge back or third-party claim.
